About Ocean Project
Your purchase helps make a difference to spread awareness to others about ocean and marine life conservation and contributes to ocean and marine life organizations. We started Ocean Project because we knew that we couldn't make that big of a difference on our own but if we created a brand that educated people, raised awareness and united people with the same mission we have, we knew that together we could make a big difference. Ocean Project came about when we were walking along the beach and saw heaps of plastic washed up ashore along with marine animals in it. This sank our hearts and we felt like we needed to do something about all of the marine life that was getting affected by plastics in our oceans. It didn't stop there. We did some more digging and found out that this was a massive issue. Hundreds of thousands of marine life are being killed every single day, not only do to plastics but also being killed as by-catch from the commercial fishing industries. The oceans are responsible for 70% of the worlds oxygen and without the ocean, we would not be around. We decided that we could make the most impact if we started a brand that sells jewelry that raises awareness and starts conversations about the importance of saving our oceans and marine life. A long with selling jewelry that raises awareness we also donate to multiple organizations around the world that help clean up our oceans for a positive impact. Our goal is to grow a community around the ocean to help spread awareness, AS FAST AS WE CAN. We have built a tracking system integrated with our website that allows our customers to stay involved in our mission. Our customers get to virtually track their animal of purchase to check back daily and see where their animal is in the ocean. Our end goal is to spread our mission, clean our oceans and save marine life so that we can create a brighter future for us all.
Once you receive your order, there will be an insert with a QR code on the card. Simply open up your phone camera and point it at the QR code. Yes! You get an animal to track for each piece of jewelry you purchase from the "Save a Life" collection.
No problem! Our warehouse packs these cards with each piece of jewelry, so if for some reason you didn't get yours, send us an email or Facebook message and we can instantly send a PDF of one!
A small GPS tracker is placed on the back of the turtles shell. It is completely harmless and the turtles don't know it's there.
If you're not satisfied with your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to issue you a refund within 30 days of your order. Please know that we do request any delivered products to be sent back to our warehouse before we process the refund.
Our products are shipped straight out of Phoenix, Arizona right here in the USA!
Orders are shipped out on weekdays only and we do our best to process orders as fast as possible within 3-5 business days. If you haven't received an email notification that your order hasn't shipped, just send us an email and we can look into this for you. Please note that during the holiday season shipping & processing times are slightly delayed.
